This is the saw I use the most
in my work and was the first large power tool I
purchased in 1976. Hundreds of blades later it
still cuts all the curves in my toys.
I prefer a 1/4 inch, hook tooth
blade for cutting thicker hardwoods.
"The master would choose and buy
standing trees, and they would be felled and
trimmed and brought to his yard to await the
arrival of the sawyers...When the timber had been
sawn into the required planks and pieces it was
carefully stacked so that air, atmosphere and time
did their full work upon the wood to season it, and
this would take a matter of years."
